Partnerships for Children
Partnership lies at the heart of UNICEF’s work.
The power of cooperation and partnership with governmental institutions, experts, academic and scientific institutions, NGOs and associations, schools and kindergartens, citizens, businesses and the media helps UNICEF achieve results in line with the priorities of the National Action Plan of UNICEF and the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
Together with its partners, UNICEF advocates for improved child rights and the mobilisation of resources that can speed up change and benefit the most vulnerable groups of children. UNICEF is funded entirely through voluntary contributions and relies on the generosity and dedication of its partners from the public and private sector to improve respect for child rights.
We are committed to advancing the rights of every child and support to children’s participation in political, social and economic development of their communities. It is our vision of a better world for all and we would like to realise it together with you.
Companies are important allies in ensuring the best standards for children. We feel privileged to have strong partners on our side that work with us to ensure the best conditions for growth and development of every child. Together we can do more!
Civil Society Organisations are UNICEF’s key partners in changing the world for and with children. Valuable partnerships contribute to the implementation of programmes and advocacy for improved national policies for children.
More than 28 million children have got the opportunity to go to school thanks to donors joined in the global “Schools for Africa” initiative.
